- STEP 1: At first open Settings<\/b>. Choose Time & Language<\/b>. On the left, click on the Region & Language<\/b>.

<\/li>\n- STEP 2: Then click on the link Additional date, time & regional settings<\/b>. The following window will appear:

<\/li>\n- STEP 3: After that, click the Region<\/b> icon and in appeared window and switch to the Administrative<\/b> tab.

<\/li>\n- STEP 4: Click on the Copy settings<\/b> button.<\/li>\n
- STEP 5: In the next opened window tick the required options.
\nWelcome screen and system accounts<\/b> – this will apply your locale options to all system accounts and the Welcome screen.
\nNew user accounts<\/b> – all new user accounts will have region and language options as you.
